Hawzah News Agency – President Raisi slammed attacks on schools in Afghanistan and called on the Afghan governing body to do its utmost to prevent a recurrence of such incidents, in which most of the victims are innocent children and students.

Speaking on Wednesday at the cabinet meeting, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi referred to the report of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance on the opportunities and challenges of trade relations with countries in the region, and described Iran's trade situation well, and emphasised the need to take advantage of existing opportunities and use the capacity of private sector more in this area.
The President further instructed the First Vice-President to form a committee with the presence of relevant officials to identify the problems and obstacles in the field of trade and to take action to solve them as soon as possible.
Ayatollah Raisi described follow-up as the key to the success of departments in performing their duties and missions, and emphasised, "Problems are not solved only by giving orders, but orders must lead to serious action".
Emphasising the need to manage liquidity and direct bank loans to production, the President said, "Creating liquidity without managing it has adverse economic consequences and thwarts the efforts of the economic apparatus".
Condemning the terrorist attacks on several schools in Afghanistan and offering his condolences to the families of the victims of the incident, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi said that in addition to terrorists, the responsibility for these incidents lies with the countries that have played the most important role in undermining the security and destabilising the country through irresponsible interventions.
Dr Raisi also called on the Afghan governing body to do its utmost to prevent a recurrence of such incidents, in which most of the victims are innocent children and students.
